How long does it take to deliver?

Our sofas are handmade to order, so the lead time varies depending on the range that you have chosen.  However, we aim to have your sofa delivered to you within 21 Day of Orignal Order Date, meaning you could comfier, quicker than you think!

Can I make changes to my order?

Subject to the timeline of your order, we can change certain aspects of it. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to alter anything on your order. Please note this may incur extra charges depending on your options.

Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately not, we keep our prices as low as possible by not having physical showrooms, we save therefore you save! We can, of course, supply you with as many photos and measurements as you need to make your choice that little bit easier.

Do you have Fabric Swatches?

We do! Please follow the link below to request yours! Have your chosen sofa range(s) ready and we’ll get them sent out to you asap!

How much is delivery?

Delivery? FREE! We’ve teamed up with our sister logistics company to provide you with free white glove delivery.

I’ve ordered my sofa, what happens next?

We acknowledge your order, then one of friendly team will be in contact with you through the phone number provided to arrange the perfect day for your new arrival to come home.

What happens if I’m not happy with my order?

We’re sure you’ll love your new additions, but if you don’t or you think there’s something we could change we’re more than happy to help. Please contact us using the link on the main menu and we’ll get chatting.

Do you ship abroad?

Sadly not, we only ship to UK Mainland and Ireland, but we are more than happy to work with shipping company nominated and arranged by you.
